I was having charging issues, some how i made it to chipps harley, robbie didnt waste anytime jumping into the problem, he charged up the battery, checked the stator for me, turned out the regulator was bad, he fixed the bike and only charged me for the regulator, for being stranded 4 plus hours from home is stressful enough but robbie and his great personality and staff made my trip even better. I dont normally post reviews but robbie you deserve it bud."

  • "Hello to all of you that helped my wife Elise & I Brian. On Saturday 14/05/24 four miles south of your dealership Chipp's. The stator on my 2000 ultra classic burnt as we drove by heading to Roswell N.M. I phone H.d. Road side assistance & a truck was sent from the south 30 miles away. Unknown to us, my dealer owner Ted of Thunder Bay Harley in Ontario Canada who we were on the trip with & 12 other bikes phone your shop. Your guy Larry Mongar came and took us back to the shop. Not only did your shop have a new stator, but you had a mechanic to do the work. To all of the people that we talked to, loaned us a bike to go eat and got us back on the road to meet up with the group later that night in Wichita K. S. We thank you, the bike ran perfect and we finish our 5000 mile trip with no other problems. Thanks once again, your staff were all very professional and of great service.   • "My first purchase from Chipp's was a 2008 Street Glide. With the assistance of Mike in parts, it was tricked out and beefed up before Robbie personally delivered it (via enclosed trailer) to me in Parkville, MO at the time. This year, living in Lewisville, TX, I purchased a 2012 Screaming Eagle Street Glide from him. The reasons I went back were because they never sell me anything that is useless for my bike and always treat me fairly! Most of the time, Robbie personally works on my scooter and he always treats it as his own! No matter where I'm living, I will always purchase my bikes from Chipp's. They are all great and honest people to deal with!"

  • "On Saturday May 21, 2011 my 10 year old son and I started our trip to Dallas, Tx. We elected to sit out the rain in central Iowa, this pushed our start time back to about noon. We rode about 20 miles past Chipps and pulled over for a burger and I discover I had a oil leak on my 2011 Road Glide Ultra. I found Chipps phone number in the HOG atlas and gave them a call. They said circle back and they would look at my bike. Jared was finishing up installing a new rear tire for another customer, then quickly had my Ultra on the lift. Jared had the leak fixed in minutes, and my son and I were south bound again! Despite the weather delay and a oil leak we still made Topeka, KS that evening. On the return trip home, I stopped in and bought a shirt so we could remember Chipps and looked up Jared and thanked him again. I will recommend Chipps HD to my friends. Thanks for the help."
